Submitting and Responsible Org methods for ebRIM

Query Team,

During our team's discussion of the FilterQuery proposal, it has become 
clear that it would be best if there were a closer connection between the 
XML "Branch" elements specified in FilterQuery and explicit methods defined 
in ebRIM.

Attached is a 2-page proposal that adds several relevant methods to ebRIM.

This proposal adds getSubmittingOrganization() methods to RegistryEntry, 
Classification, and ExternalIdentifier, because the FilterQuery proposal 
assumes that there is a link from instances of each of those classes to the 
organization that submitted it, and adds a getResponsibleOrganization 
method to RegistryEntry, because the FilterQuery proposal assumes that the 
submitting organization for a repository item can name the organization 
responsible for its definition, approval, and/or maintenance.
