Hello,

I have a background in conceptual modeling in support of integration of manufacturing systems.  Lately we have been exploring the use Knowledge Representation technologies as an alternative supporting manufacturing integration needs.  My particular interest in this area has been in assessing the Semantic Web as a source for tools and techniques that could be applied, now, toward integration problems.  While languages like OWL and RDF our maturing, there is a dearth of useful OWL domain, middle and upper ontologies and tools for searching for same.   I am here in the hope that this group will work to improve this situation.  I would like to help find or build reusable OWL ontologies to be put in this group's repository.
