Useful as CAM is, its relevance to SCM SC is very premature and 
unestablished at this point.

So I ask that we keep the CAM discussion in our back pocket for a later 
time when we have a clearer idea of whats is in our scope and what is not.
This will help keep clarity of purpose for our SC.

In the interest of maintaining clarity could you delete the file from 
the SC page until we declare it in scope for our work. Please understand 
that I mean no disrespect to the good work on CAM that has been done so far.

BTW as a policy I think it is fine for any team member to post files for 
sharing without needing prior consent as long as we understand that we 
may prune and do other housekeeping along the way. This allows maximum 
freedom of expression and still maintains some order. Hope the team 
approves of this model.
