Farrukh: If I go to the screen to modify the document at http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/regrep-semantic/members/usecases846/manage/modify_document.php?document_id=5585&query_string= I see that for sharing you only have the box checked for General Public. I checked the boxes for the TC and the OASIS membership too. Try the same thing you did before where you couldn't see the document and see if this change makes a difference.
