PR5. Need objectType to represent a Individual
We need a new canonical objectType within the canonical
ObjectTypeScheme to represent objects of type Individual (instance).
Motivation: Must be able to identify an Individual (which is a
member of an Ontology Class) within RIM in a standard interoperable
manner.
