Duane, I'm not sure the eGov TC formally adopts anything! I may be mis-speaking here - but the role is more of providing guidelines and best practice details in an advisory capacity. There is no sense of obligation that compells use. That said - it is obviously useful if the eGov TC produces a white paper on Registry and eGov, similar to the one already in progress for ebMS and eGov.
