Subject: RE: [regrep-semantic] XML Europe Session: Ontology-Driven Topic Maps
Joe: I couldn't make the presentation either, because of clashes, but Bernard's company Mondeca is definitely a European market leader in this area. They have done a lot of work in the last couple of years, and were present and active at the recent W3C Semantic Web Interest Group meeting in Cannes, France[1]. Mondeca have done some work with us in the European Parliament, and they have steered a steady course through support for Topic Maps, RDF and OWL. Definitely worth following up: you could write directly to Bernard at bernard.vatant@mondeca.com Peter [1] http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/news#x20040211a -----Original Message----- From: Duane Nickull [mailto:dnickull@adobe.com] Sent: Friday, April 23, 2004 11:02 PM To: Chiusano Joseph Cc: SCM; peter@justbrown.net Subject: Re: [regrep-semantic] XML Europe Session: Ontology-Driven Topic Maps Recommend you talk to Peter Brown. IMO - he is extremely knowledgeable on this topic.
