If anyone has any 'final' edits they want applied to the use case document
please -
1) apply them and send out a revised version of the document
2) declare them and I will try to apply in a way that satisfies everyone
3) set a date which will allow you to apply them

if no statements about changes are recieved by end-of-day Friday may 21
I will place content 'as is' in the OASIS doc template ready for
distribution.
