Carl,

I'd like to add a

4) e-Business vocabularies and noun dictionaries for transaction processing.
 - mechanisms for representation in XML in conjunction with registry
    services.
 - integration into e-business services and components.

This actually will provide for additional implementation detail in support
of your item 3) and the e-business interoperation topic.

The goal would be to show OASIS work such as CIQ residing in Registry
and how that semantic content can then be purposed to support applications
(in case of CIQ that is name and address content).

I be happy to take the lead on producing this section.
