reviewed notes from f2f, which were mostly about DTD revisions.

Terry to find and post w3c note on dates (Joe Alfonso did it first,
thanks, Joe).

Some discussion of object-class and property; Terry to excerpt the
relevant parts of 11179 and post.

Reviewed 11179's "representation" too; Ron Schuldt gave as an
example that a DTD could be in text or PDF (applies to penultimate 
para in meeting notes).  Here and possibly elsewhere the existing
DTDs may provide the relevant information in the wrong place.

Terry to write up something for list on last point in meeting notes
(file as resolver).

Terry to put Phila meeting info on OASIS site.
