Candidate Information Model

Attached is the latest version of a candidate Information Model for
consideration by OASIS Registry/Repository.

Since our previous attempt at an HTML document was not fully successful,
this one is being distributed as an Acrobat PDF document (38 pages).  If
parts of this document are acceptable for inclusion in the OASIS
Registry/Repository specification, then NIST volunteers to convert it to an
appropriate format.

This document is intended for discussion at the RegRep teleconference on
Friday, May 26.
