Here's the logistics for 10/18,19 ftf.
Please be informed that we will have different
meeting rooms on 18 and 19 - sorry for inconvenience.
I reserved the room from 9AM to 5PM, but we can change it.

Also, we will provide a lunch, so I need the number of
people who are actually going to to sit in. If you require
any special diet, feel free to tell me.
