Registry Access Control Policy paper for XACML

Hi,

I have collected together access control policy related
material from RIM and RS specs with Farrukh's use cases.
I am planning to present these to XACML f2f on July 18.
I have identified some issues in the paper (Section 6).
I will much appreciate any further light on the issues.
At the moment the relationship between the RIM and 
Information Security Model seems raw and in need of work.
