You know it occurs that if this was an ebXML / CEFACT meeting we
would not be allowed to go with such restrictions imposed.

OASIS of course has different rules.

While the resource is nice - I'm just wondering if we can move
past this onerous gotcha?

Who in Sun needs to 'undo' this policy for OASIS and 
similar meetings on Sun premises?

Come to think of it - has Sun hosted a W3C F2F - and if so - 
what happened then?
