[regrep] UDDI tModel Proposal

Attached, please find a proposal for 8 tModels that should be registered
within the (global) UDDI Business Registry.  This set of tModels will then
be used to establish the registration of ebXML Registries and ebXML related
services.  

I ask that you review this submission and discuss on this list.  These
tModels support several of the Use Cases previously presented by Farrukh in
the Cooperating Registries sub-team list.  This represents a significant
contribution from Sun with reviews and edits by others.

I also request that we establish an appropriate amount of time to discuss
this at our FTF next week.  As I am unsure of how the FTF sessions will be
run, it is unclear if we should discuss this in the general TC or just
within the Cooperating Registries sub-team.  I would prefer at least a
little time in the general TC with substantial time with the sub-team.
