Subject: RE: [regrep] Security Proposal vote

update: i
should have made myself more clear. i abstain due to the simple
truth that i do not understand what i am "voting on." will the
material within these documents constitute the changes that still need to be
made to the RS and RIM specifications? is the vote of the two of these
attached sets of material (RS changes and DSIG changes) dependent upon each
other. i am in total agreement with Len Gallagher here that any content
changes to the RS or RIM spec itself need to be specifically
addressed. e.g., change lines xxx through yyy in RS with "blah, blah,
blah" or add sections "such and such." until i see the specifics, i choose
to not vote.
