TC,
Thank you everyone for all the suggestions, comments, and discussion for the
press release.  The attached file has been submitted and includes corrected
typos, an additional sentence on the use of registries to facilitate B2B,
and a couple minor word changes.  The content is basically the same as
originally submitted.  

There was some discussion in the list about adding web services; however,
follow-on discussion as well as personal notes made it clear that we as a TC
are not ready to use that phrase in a press release at this time.  We need
to continue exploring web services and what it means for the Registry before
we can agree on wording for a press release.
