[regrep] FW: [ebxml-jc] TC meetings in Barcelona?

It appears that it is likely there will be joint meetings between the OASIS
ebXML Technical Committees and the ebTWG Working Groups in Barcelona.  I
would like to take a poll of the Registry TC to find out if any of you would
be able to attend Barcelona if there are joint meetings.

Please e-mail me back (cc Lisa, since I will be gone all of next week, and
she is going to run the next teleon meeting) if you would be able to attend
joint meetings in Barcelona.  I would like to have a response from the TC by
the end of this week if possible.  Lisa, you will have to forward our
Registry TC response to Karl, since I will be out of the office from late
Feb. 14th through Feb. 23rd.

URGENT - PLEASE RESPOND

I have just heard from ebTWG that they could, after all, hold joint
TC/WG meetings with us in Barcelona the week of 20 May. We asked them
this a couple months ago and they said no, but now say that they could.

I need to know from you right away if, given that ebTWG can meet with us
for joint meetings, your TC can hold meetings in Barcelona that same
week.

The meetings would probably be a similar format to the pre-Vienna
meetings: plenaries on Monday and Friday, with team meetings during the
week. This would give plenty of opportunity for cross-team meetings,
etc.
