[regrep] another bug with Registry.wsdl

rs: prefix was declared as follows: 
xmlns:rs="urn:oasis:names:tc:ebxml-regrep:registry:xsd:2.1"

Can anyone find element "SubmitAdhocQueryRequest" in the namespace specified? 

Is it supposed to be "query:AdhocQueryRequest"?

Now I'm getting extremely curious if this particular file was approved with 
the rest of the specs. I think that many others would be interested to know.
