Thanks Kathryn for extending the meeting to buy us more time.

I think we can cover the two proposals in that time. This makes it unnecessary
to have a separate meeting on Wednesday Aug. 7th.

One question for the team. Do you think we should present the material:

a) as a walk-through of the proposal documents section-by-section

b) as a slide presentation and leave the text for background reading and Q/A?
Note I am preparing slides anyway for a future talk.

What have you found more effective in getting the job done?
