Go to the Members area from the OASIS home page (http://www.oasis-open.org/members/) and scroll down to OASIS mailing lists.  Click on the link under "Subscribing to or unsubscribing from a list".  Enter your e-mail address in the box on the Subscription Manager page.  You will get a list of all the Comments lists for OASIS TCs.  Click on the box for regrep-comment and following the instructions to subscribe to the RegRep Comments list.

Can someone please tell me the steps for joining the RepRep-Comment
listserv? I used a certain approach prior to the OASIS site reorg that
no longer works.
