Kathryn,

Thanks for getting the PR out and thanks to all who helped.

One small but important point is that the PR is giving link to a 
location other than the official location we agreed on:

http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/regrep/documents/2.5/

It appears that there are two copies of the specs. This can be a serious 
cause for errors and confusion downstream. Can we please fix all PR to 
refer to:

http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/regrep/documents/2.5/

as location for 2.5 specs and remove any copies of the spec docs?
