Paul, Joe and Registry TC,
Thanks for all your efforts in working this during my absence.  I am still working through e-mail from the most recent backwards (I have about 62 messages still to read from the ebXML RegRep alone!).  It looks like you all worked together to come up with wording that was acceptable to all on a very short time line.  That takes true teamwork and commitment!  Thanks again everyone!
