Please note the OASIS requirements for our specifications (from the OASIS TC Guidelines http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/guidelines.php#spec_standard, section "From Specification to Standard"):

"A reference to the specification, which must be a valid member of its type (e.g. if the spec is a schema it must be a valid schema). The specification should reside on the TC's web page. If the specification is a document (rather than e.g. a schema) then it must use the approved OASIS template. 

A reference to appropriate documentation for the specification. This documentation should reside on the TC's web page. The documentation must use the approved OASIS template."
