Subject: [Fwd: [OASIS members] BCM TC call for comment]
Regarding the new "Send a Comment" feature, referenced in the BCM TC call for comments: <Quote> Please submit your comments via the TC's comment list; go to the TC's web page at http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/bcm and click on the "Send A Comment" button. </Quote> The test comment I sent yesterday around 5PM EST from our Registry home page still has not made it to the Registry comment list. :) Joe

OASIS members: The BCM TC has completed its version 0.5 of the Business-Centric Methodology (BCM) specification and would like to obtain comments from the general OASIS membership - specifically from you. The specification outlines issues that many times do not get addressed during development, but manifests as problems within organizations - perhaps even yours. The TC is promoting a "Business First" approach to provide organizations with better agility and interoperability – let’s capture your ideas. Predominantly the BCM TC would like to be assured that the BCM specification includes information about your efforts. Make sure the specification includes information concerning your initiative so those readers with interest are made aware of your TC. There is a place for every TC in the specification to be mentioned, as a vocabulary, a mechanism, etc. And if your TC is already mentioned, making sure your TC is appropriately stationed and reflects your vision is perhaps just as important. The specification may be found at: http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/bcm/download.php/3648/BCM.OASIS.SpecificationDraft.2003-09-28.pdf Please submit your comments via the TC's comment list; go to the TC's web page at http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/bcm and click on the "Send A Comment" button. All constructive comments are appreciated. Thank you.
