We will not be having a telecon two weeks from now, due to Thanksgiving, so our next telecon after this meeting would be December 11th, which is during XML 2003.  I propose shifting this one week to December 18th, and that that will be the only telecon we will have in December.  A main agenda item would be a report-out on XML 2003, interoperability demos, and the Open House.  We will discuss this at our telecon, and if all agree I will set up the December telecon.
