I am at least on of our TC members on the public-sws-ig@w3.org (Semantic
Web Services) listserv, and would be happy to pass back and forth
anything that can help us. 

Some of the U.S. Federal Government folks have also started a new Yahoo!
Semantic Web interest/discussion group called "eGov_SmartServices" that
I was recently invited to join. So far there has not been any
discussion, but I expect that there will be within the next week because
I will kick it off if no one else does. :)
