Subject: Should the ebXML Registry support OKBC (Open Knowledge Base Connectivity)
I found OKBC (Open Knowledge Base Connectivity) while doing some research. It is an open protocol supported by knowledge tools and provides interoperability between tools. It allows different knowledge tools/ontology editors to share ontologies. Does it make since that a Semantic/Knowledge Registry would provide this kind of support? Does anyone know of any other protocols that compete with this one?
