RE: [regrep] Follow-up on liaison with W3C RDF DA Working Group

I agree that we should liaison with the RDF DA WG.  I also agree that even
though we haven't yet resolved how our API's and the RDF API relate to one
another we should follow this group and potentially share some use cases,
requirements, technological solutions.

I believe the only difference of opinion was the potential relationship
between our semantic-aware RIM and the RDF Net API, in terms of which
was a "superset" of the other.
