He basis for this being used is the starting point for the draft I am working on. There are some minor changes but most of the work is capturing what was done, then mapping it backto the requirements. Of course, this willnot be an open standard. This paper is a "Best Practices" but I believe it will likely be usable, forwards compatible and easy to write code for. Look for an updated draft before this week's con call. PS - I need someone to take the raw paper and do the OASIS formatting. It is currently in word format. Any volunteers?
