Ed Dodds has volunteered to act as liaison with the IHC TC. Was anyone
else planning to do this?

I know I've been pretty much a lurker but if it would be of value and no
one else feels the call I'd be glad to rep the new IHC TC. I know Webber
and Pattyn have done the work but I also so realize they can only be
stretched so thin...

I would like to add OASIS CAM to the list and myself as the liaison 
point - since we are working on the noun definitions in SCM SC and being

able to coordinate between registry and jCAM services.
