Subject: OWL-S W3C Submission: Reference to ebXML

Not sure if any others have seen this yet - it's OWL-S' "Relationship to Selected Other Technologies[1]" as part of its 22 November 2004 W3C Submission. The technologies discussed are:
The ebXML section is brief, with nothing earth-shattering (but good for us to be aware of). Key points:

- Although ebXML does not restrict the means of B2B interaction to Web services, their focus is essentially the same as that of OWL-S.
- Since OWL-S provides a language for the description of the behaviour of Web services, its scope is complementary to that of ebXML. In fact, OWL-S descriptions could themselves be used within ebXML to describe the business processes of interacting Web services.
