My thanks to Nikola, Goran, Matt, Diego and a few others for their 
valuable input.

Being pathelogically optimistic, I am hoping that if we really focus on 
reviewing the document this month we can get a revision
out that addresses all issues found by late January which would 
potentially allow us to have a regrep-3.0-cd-01 Committee Draft approved
by end of January.
