I don't know anything about this personal attack stuff, but I can tell 
you that a good storage medium is abstract/generic enough to accomadate 
most serializations.  ebRR is one such medium.

I don't think its a first-order issue, rather, y'all have a flawed 
analysis of the problem needed to be solved and are arguing the finer 
points of your flawed analysis.  Duane is correct in asserting that 
serialization needs to be the first thing you deal with, however.
