This is solved by fixing MOF version and the exact UML meta model. 
Fortunatelly OMG and ISO is doing this for us with version UML 1.4.2.

I dont see how CC fits in here. We are going to fully support CCTS 2.01 
style of information modeling in UMM as well as other CEFACT/ISO 
standards by developing specialization modules that allow UMM/UML to 
store CCTS artifacts as well as TDED and 20022 artifacts.

So UMM is about to include *full* support for CCTS by its specialization 
module. Im not sure if CCTS supports UMM though.

Yes, this is something well have to handle , most likelly in 
collaboration with ISO and OMG
Fortunatelly XMI  provides principles for this already.
