Here are some obvious changes needed:

-id attributes in XML samples should be using a URN format like: 
urn:acme:.... for ids defined by a company named Acme
or use canonical ids for canonical objects

-Section 4 fill example is incorrect. Main diff is that line 254 
LeafRegistryObjectsList should be replaced with RegistryObjectsList. 
There may be other isues as well.

-Section 5.1 on Versioning should be replaced with text on how registry 
will automatically version content. Replace userVersion with the comment 
attribute on the request
which sets VersionInfo.comment attribute by the registry.
