Thanks Carol!  This is great - I knew you could work magic with our
rough draft and make it sound wonderful!  I agree with Farrukh's
recommendations.

Also, I believe we were going to have the webinar run for 1.5 hours to
allow plenty of time for Q&A.  Would that be okay?
