Meeting notes from our telecon this morning

Here are the meeting notes from this morning's telecon. Thanks Farrukh!

*	Attendees: Kathryn, Farrukh, Monica, Asuman, Ivan
*	No quorum 
*	OWL Profile:
*	Farrukh: Has sent comment and feels the document is ready for TC
approval ballot 
*	Asuman: Available all summer as needed if there are any
questions or issues 
*	Ivan: has sent comments to list. Feels it is good document and
ready for ballot 
*	Feels the structure of the document could be improved but ok
with deferring to another release 
*	RegistryPackage members are shown using HasMember Associations.
Why not use nested RegistryObjectList 
*	Farrukh: Both are valid and spec compliant. The nested form is
not supported at present by freebXML Registry and that is why the
document uses the HasMember syntax. Since that is valid syntax suggest
we leave it as is.
*	Asuman: agrees.
*	Kathryn: Will put the decision for starting ballot at next TC
meeting since this meeting did not have quorum 
*	Asuman had to leave at this point.
*	Issues: 
*	Defer to next meeting 
*	Profile template 
*	Ivan: Should we have one document that includes the Business
Profile Template (non-normative) *and* the technical profile template
(normative) 
*	Farrukh: There are pros and cons to each. I am undecided at
present 
*	Kathryn: ebXML Interviews by Sacha have been posted and
announced by OASIS. We need to create a link to TC home page. 
*	Farrukh: Kudos to Sacha for a very thorough and professional job

*	Kathryn: on vacation on next scheduled meeting August 3. Could
reschedule for Aug 10 or have someone lead the meeting 
*	Farrukh: Can we decide on OWL Profile ballots via email as
summer is hard time to get quorum 
*	Kathryn: will look into it 
*	Farrukh: How about doing an unofficial ballot on whether to
start the official ballot using Kavi? 
*	All: agreed
*	Adjourned
