IMHO we should have a separate subtree for all profiles and a within it
a subtree for individual profiles (in case there are multiple files for
a profile).

So I like the following from Mary's suggestions:

To be fair to Sun, all of my contributions to this profile was made
while employed by Sun.
So please list my affiliation as Sun for this document. Future works
SHOULD list me as Individual.
