Subject: RE: Advancing OWL Profile document to Committee Specification
Mary, We have also been working on our errata documents for the RIM and the RS. We are including a reference link to the RIM and RS OASIS Standards as versions 3.0.1 which show the differences. I assume that the versions 3.0.1 should remain exactly as the version 3.0 standards, with the change bars on showing where the missing figures were inserted, etc. My question then is, do the errata documents need to conform to the new templates, or do they continue to conform to the existing approved version 3.0 documents for which they are the erratas? We are currently in an electronic vote to submit them for the 15 day public review. Thanks for your help on this confusing issue! I think the OWL Profile is in decent shape, but note particularly that the TC transitioned to RF on Limited Terms effective 12 February and therefore the new document will need to have the 4-15-05 Notices section rather than the legacy Notices section now in place. We'll also need to get the current HTML transformed into valid and correct XHTML. Once you've gotten the source spec up to date I can provide assistance on the XHTML.
