Most remiss of me yesterday - MANY MANY THANKS to Aron Roberts of Berkeley.edu for spotting the connection here between our needs and Leonards' book and pointing me to it.

 

This book is truely the reference work here - and apart from copying it verbatim into our REST spec' - it truely is going to save us many weeks of effort!
