Current title: OASIS ebXML Registry v3.0 Standard Overview
Proposed title: 'OASIS ebXML Registry - The System of Record for SOA
Governance.' 

Please indicate your approval, disapproval ASAP so we can continue with
PR and marketing.

Thanks for the conformation Dee! It would be helpful if you sent a
similar message to regrep list so we can get the title agreed aupon
quickly.

BTW I tried editing the regrep wiki using my oasis account and it said I
