on slide 12 (Developer, Architect, Administrator)

I tend to include more slides than I present for completeness. Also I
believe we have ~40 minutes for
the core slide presentation not counting demo.

The agenda in Overview slide 2 covers much of what you are suggesting:

"Introducing SOA" is described under "Overview of SOA Governance"
"Management Requirements" is a little vague IMHO but covered under
"Overview of SOA Governance"
"Registry capabilities" is described under "ebXML registry as SOA
Registry Repository".
"Solution Landscape" is covered under "ebXML registry as SOA Registry
Repository"
