a) Changes proposed for the Classification Infomodel

Discussions: use cases, backward compatibility, complexity,
implementations, issues, ...

Decisions:

- Justification for Multiple Inheritance is still pending and will be
reevaluated depending on community feedback.

- If Multiple Inheritance is justified:
Use Association between classification nodes and not ObjectRefs.
Association might be something like HasParent, HasChild, ... Nested
Syntax would support only Single Inheritance.

- No changes of Classification to Association


b) CatalogContentRequest/Response:

Decisions: 

- Relax lid and id semantics: SHOULD use URN for lid and SHOULD use UUID
URN for id.

- Temporary ids: get rid of temporary ids since they impose more
complexity than benefits.
