Meeting schedule for 2010, slight modification

I need to set up the meeting schedule for this year on the TC calendar, and would also like to query the group regarding a slight change to meeting time to be either 7:30 am Pacific Time, or 9:00 am Pacific Time. Will 30 minutes earlier, or an hour later work best? Please advise.
