Subject: Re: [regrep] Groups - Proposal to Use OWL-S as process descriptionlanguage (ProcessModeling.pdf) uploaded

Dear Colleagues,

I am pleased to share that Mark Ford of MIT Lincoln Labs has kindly
offered to share his expertise in helping us resolve issue:

Do we need a declarative way to express regproc workflow
http://wxforge.wx.ll.mit.edu:8080/jira/browse/REGREPTC-96

The proposal is well thought out (see slides in link below) and proposes
speciufic next steps in the second last slide.
Mark is already helping by contributing a BPMN diagram for the default
change proposal process as a first step.

I am exploring if Mark can join the RegRep TC.
If that is not possible, I would like to propose that we invite Mark to
attend a meetings on this issue when appropriate.

Kathryn, what OASIS rules do we need to follow to have invited experts
attend and contribute to our meetings?

Please share thoughts on this proposal. Thanks.
