Dear Colleagues,

With a lot of help from Nikola and Oliver over the last few weeks the 
CD4 specs have been just published.
We now need to meet this week and plan next steps for RegRep 4 specs.

Please make every effort to review the specs thoroughly in the next 3 
days and attend this week's meeting to discuss the specs.

I would like to propose that we set a 2 week period for TC to review the 
specs and then start a ballot for
Committee Approval of the specs. Lets discuss this at our TC meeting as 
well.

Please note the time that Kathryn sent for the meeting is:

	Time:  09:00am - 10:00am PT
