Dear Colleagues,

As we agreed to in the last TC meeting WD5 has the changes for removing 
global elements for leaf RegistryObjectTypes and adding a global element 
for rim:RegistryObject. Please review this version f the spec *prior* to 
our next TC meeting on Thursday April 1. In that meeting we should 
decide whether to start the ballot for Committee Approval of this version.
