While investigating backup and restore of RegistryObjects at ebRIM level, if an object is resubmitted then it may get duplicate cataloged sub-elements such as Slots, Classifications, ExteranlLinks, ExternalIdentifiers.

Thus there is a need for a server to distinguish sub-elements in a registryObject that were generated by a cataloger. These objects should be removed from the object when it is processed by the server during re-submit. Otherwise there is a potential for an object to duplicate cataloged sub-element where only one should exist.
