Vote on Approval of Committee Specification in tomorrow's TC meeting?

Dear Colleagues,

We have just finished the 30 day review of:

OASIS ebXML RegRep Version 4.0
Committee Specification Draft 02 / Public Review Draft 01
12 May 2011

No comments were received on the specification during this review period.

The next step is to conduct a Special Majority Vote for Approval of the Committee Specification:

I would like to propose that in tomorrow RegRep TC meeting we conduct this vote with the following motion:

• Motion to approve "OASIS ebXML RegRep Version 4.0
  Committee Specification Draft 02 / Public Review Draft 01
  12 May 2011" as Committee Specification.

Please make every effort to attend this important meeting (see reminder notice from Kathryn below). If you cannot make this meeting for some reason please let Kathryn and me know right away. Thank you.
